I know the first and last words of a title are always capitalized, and unimportant words are as well. Prepositions (on, with, over, etc.) and conjunctions (and, but, or, etc.) are lower case.

However, I need a refresher on certain words:

am/is/are/was/were/be/being/been
he/she/it/you
his/her/your/their
we're/you're/they're
