Just signed up for the forums and most of you all may be seeing me in many discussions so i would like to introduce myself.

Names david, DR, for short. I am a fantasy artist, began that since my school days. I am [Age reference removed. Bmat] atm. I am thinking of taking my art from paper to computer, game design and animation. I like to go out drinking alot, which usually ends in me playing a game of some sort, drinking seems to heighten my enjoyment with certain games primarily Halo2.

Thats just a little bit about me. Please feel free to introduce yourself, i would really like to get to know some of my fellow posters within these forums. Well alright im gonna go read through the forums now so have a good day everyone.

Welcome. If you want to get into computer art (if it's 3D you're looking into) go to http://www.anim8or.com and download version 0.85. This has probably the best modeling system I've seen, expecially in a free program. It also has a large community with many tutorials.

Here's a link to a model I'm working on. IT's not finished yet.

Also, I recommend UVMapper from http://www.uvmapper.com for texture work.

Welcome to the twlight zone, the sci-fi fantasy way! It is a rather interesting site, even though sometimes we get kinda wierd, but that just goes with the territory. I am Odrade, if you missed my name, very annoying and pretty bizarre. Unlike many who come here, my foray into the worlds we follow (sci-fi and fantasy) is mostly through books, and sometimes movies. but i try to keep up with y'all's creativity.
