Hi everyone! I'm a new member to this forum: a writer who is kind of afraid of her own work x.x I hate looking over pieces I've written because I'm so scared I'll hate everything I've written, which has happened very often; moreso than is perhaps healthy.

I've joined in order to try and write more, develop my style and gauge just how well my stuff goes down with readers.

Funny, but i guess i am born again too. At least here. Been a while since i have come around, long while in fact. I wonder if anyone remembers me at all.

I should be glad of the feintly. At least someone here remembers me. Doesn't seem like it has changed much here though. Off topic stuff always seems to be the most interesting, or at least amusing. I haven't been reading much sci-fi or fantasy much, well some i guess, including some Peter Pan kind of stuff, which is out a lot now with Finding Neverland. But i still love both fantasy and sci-fi.
Wait, i was wrong. I did see this rather bizarre sci-fi movie on TV tonight. I really enjoyed it, but it was rather like the dark vision of Brave New World. It was called Equilibrium. I thought it was great, I thought the setting was perfect, the city and all, and i loved the plot line. Acting wasn't the greatest perhaps, but i think they did a good job. But then, i like the acting in the original Dune, and i keep hearing that the guy playing Paul was terrible. So then, what do i know???

Dune = Awesome Book. It also equals a Miniseries I have yet to finish.
