Mine isn't really life changing. I stopped once before, but have since picked the habbit back up. I keep getting yelled at for it and it's just better all around to stop.

It's slowly over time wearing away the cartilage in my bones that will eventually degenerate into arthritis, rhumatism or another such disability. That's what it did to me.
