What if in the future Human Beings will be genetically screened to see who will be the best soldier then be naturally augmented strength, speed, agility etc. (there is a chance its possible that German Boy who is super strong because of a genetic mutation, but muscle mass is the same as any other child his age and if scientist can munipulate that) then when completely encased in exo-skeleton armor they would be the most unstoppable ground force.

What do you mean naturally? You can't naturally do that to an adult human.

I see... Well, I don't think it would happen. The modern world isn't bent on conquering... The little armies fighting in Africa and the Middle East wouldn't be able to support themselves enough to be bothered by such a think, and they wouldn't be unstoppable even if they could do that because there aren't enough of them. In fact, I don't even think it would be limited to the army if people wanted that.

When you join the military they screen you to make sure you are physically fit, test you to make sure you are competent, and then give you a physical to tell you the kinds of jobs you are suited for.
That is more or less what you're saying, but on a genetic level. Well, This makes since. If you're interested in warfare and its future you should step away from SciFi and read some serious studies on military history and tactics. I read 'Death Grounds', written by a colonel in the US Army, and what he basically said is that like Heinlein's Starship Troopers Infantrymen will have to be stronger and smarter in the future and the majority of the current infantry recruits "Wash out" in the first few months of training.
Well, the drawback of such selection is that if someone has the genetic material of an infantryman and does not want to be an infantryman but, say, a linguistics officer then he/she will not perform in their duties like they would if they were willing.
