The United States of America has formed the United States of Earth. It is a Quasai Fascist, super power in the universe. the Military is the Fourth Branch of Government. Life is like heck on the colines.
But everythings okay on Earth, if you like people controlling your life.

I'm not so sure what exactly you are asking here, so I will try to answer as best I can.

If you mean would I be happy that this is what the future of the Earth is likely to be, then most certainly not, your idea of the future seems far too Orwell-ian (if that's a word) for me, and I would hope the human race would find someway of avoiding that outcome. I still have hope for mankinds existence in this universe, I like to think one day the whole world will wake up, put away their weapons and spend more time expanding its mind instead of its pocket.

However if you mean the World is like that and I already live in it, then the answer is slightly different:- I live here and this is the environment I was brought up in so therefore I either know no different and accept life as it is, or my parents have brought me up to believe that the world is wrong and I must strive to change it...

It could happen in tha chaos following a world war, when most countries would be too weak to do anything about it. Or maybe they would get extremely large political concentives for the corrupt politicians.

I'm a bit confused by the "what if" question. What if Humanity (The United States of Earth) becomes a Alien Crushing Qusai Fascist Nation?

Assuming this isn't a thinly veiled comparison of someone's opinion to the current state of affairs on Earth. There's a Qusai Fascist Government ruling a galactic community. Ok, given. What's the actual question? How did the government in question rise to dominance of everything? How do the people live? Is there descent?

I'm not sure what your asking.

By the time Human's have the ability to travel great distances in space, we should hopefully have grown up and not want to exploit and control everything we find.

I also don't believe that America alone could be responsible for a world-wide dictatorial government. It's getting weaker, not stronger.
