I remember bits and pieces of an old 80's TV show, but I can't remember the name. It was about a woman who came to earth from another planet. She later hooked up with some dude from earth too. Seems like I remember them hunting something they called a xenomorph. One episode I remember clearly: When it came on, the woman shot her male friend with a laser. She was testing out some armor she created from earthly materials (I remember it just being a grey colored cloth suit). Some guy stole it from them and was virtually unstoppable throughout the episode, since no bullets or lasers would penetrate his newly stolen armor. Does anyone know what show i'm trying to think of? I would greatly like to know the name of it. It might have been more of a mini series.

I think I remember it now. Was it called "Something is Out There"?

I never heard of it before but it does sound interesting.
