Unknown 60's/70's tv series, same genre as Ultraman, Spectreman and Godzilla

It was a 60's or 70's japanese tv series along the same genre as Ultraman, Spectreman and Godzilla. I remember it being a "family" of three robots with the mother and son figures being human in apperance. They both wore helmets with antennas sticking out of them (similar to the great gazoo on the Flintstones). The "father" was this gigantic (golden?) robot with long hair. The big deal on the show is that all three could turn into jets or rockets, something like that. The mother and son would interact with the humans and often give them rides in there jet forms. A special "No-Prize" to the first one who can figure this out.
