My brother and I watched the dumbest movies back when we were in college (10 years ago). It made us laugh so hard and we want to try to find it. Here is all we can remember (and may not be incredibly accurate!):
There was a man who was a bad ass in his world and was chasing this head with wings (no body) who escaped him. Anyway they end up on earth and are these teeny little people compared to humans.
If anyone remembers this movie's name I would really appreciate you letting me know.

This isn't the same, but it has a winged head and sounds like a lot of fun to watch. I am still looking for yours.

edited to add: I can't find anything. Zardoz has a flying stone head, but I don't remember that it had travel to another planet. I used a search engine to look.
