Hi everyone! I'm back after a very long holiday!

I'm just writing to say that I've recently discovered a really interesting MUD (Multi User Dimension) called Achaea.

A MUD, for those of you who don't know, is an interactive game you can play over the Internet. You create a fantasy character and wonder around the world. The world is described in words, and is made up of over 8000 'rooms', single areas which you can look around in, and then move (using compass directions) to the next one.

Achaea is a very worthwhile MUD, and is quite addictive! The other people who play are very friendly, and the Gods who I have encountered on my travels are usually very nice if you greet them with the proper respect.

The address is www.achaea.com, and this will take you to Achaea's website, where you can look at the history of Achaea (which is fairly long, but a good read), maps of the various cities in the realm and other such information relevant to the game.

If you are ever bored and enjoy playing MUDs or other multi-player games, Achaea is for you. it is by far the best MUD I have played, and it is FREE!

If you have any other MUDs you want to reccommend, please add to this conversation as I am always interested in finding out about other MUDs

I would recommend Darkness Falls, but it's down now. Was the best Mud out there while it lasted.

There is a more advanced version by Mythic Entertainment Darkness Falls: Crusade, but you have to pay for that, so...
