This is a topic just to announce that, if still alive, Tolkien would have turned 111 years old, an interesting number if you have read the books! He was born on January 3, 1892, so January 3, 2003 would be his eleventy-first birthday, as he liked to put it. Just thought you all would find it interesting.

nice age since his popular trio is coming on movie and his age 111 plused together are 3 and Lotr are in 3 movies and 3 books (1+1+1=3)
