Scifi and Fantasy Forum: Books and Book Reviews: Has anyone heard of the series Deltora Quest by Emily Rodda?
Has anyone heard of the series Deltora Quest by Emily Rodda? We have moved to new forum software and posting here is closed!
Hi everyone, it's me. I don't think this is really scifi, but I'm putting it in here. There's a series of books called Deltora Quest, and I wanted to know if anyone here's heard of it. My aunt's sister in law Elena gave 4 of the books to me for X-mas last year. So...if anyone's heard of it, please tell me.
Sorry. I haven't.
I knew it! I knew someone was going to say that! The kind of books I read nobody's ever heard of. Oy!!!!!!! I am frustrated!!!!!
I've heard of them. I've read them too. They are most definately meant for children. The only one I felt worth the read was the first one. The others were quite bland in my opinion. Good to give to the kiddies though.
Okay, at least someone's heard of them. There's 8 of them total, and I have 4 of them. My fav's the 4th one. What's it called, The Shifting Sands or something like that?
Nobody reads the books you do? What else have you read to this effect?
Um, I don't know. I think I was exaggerating again. I have a few books that I don't think anyone's heard of, but that's about it.
Like what?
Not many people have heard of the " The View from the Mirror" quarted by Ian Irvine or his other quartet "The Well of Echoes." Has anyone here heard of these?
Sorry, but no. But I have heard of Ian Irving, if that's any matter.
No, Ian IrvinE
Don't know who you guys are talking about.
I've heard of Deltora Quest. I have also read them, unfortunately.
Pretty bad, aren't they?
