I saw this movie last week. I enjoyed it, but by the end I noticed several major errors in the writing.

At the end they say that she lost the fight. But she didn't. She was attacked between rounds. The woman would have been disqualified, in addition to being charged with somthing along the lines of assault and battery.

Even more so the one other woman would have been disqualified long before the incident.

When the woman was in the hospital she was forced to breathe through a tube. The tube was located just below her Larynx. Now, the reason why a person can talk is because airs passes through the wind pipe and vibrates the larynx, which creates sound. In reality she would not have been able to talk at all.

Wonderful movie. The incident caught me by surprise and the ending was a very morbid one, very sad. A nice twist when you discover who Morgan Freeman's narrorating to.
